How it works
- Place a dry IceWrap® sheet into a container of tap water
- Hydrate IceWrap® sheet for up to 20 minutes until pockets swell
- Drain any excess water from the sheet
- Place the IceWrap® sheet in the freezer with the plastic side down until frozen for 8 to 12 hours
