Celebrate the new Year with our Lemon Drop Cocktail from our friends at Boyajian Oil.

It’s best served on the rocks.

Makes 4 drinks

Ingredients:

• 8 ounces of Vodka
• 1 ounce of triple-sec liqueur
• ¼ teaspoon Boyajian Inc. Lemon oil
• 4 ounces of Simple Syrup

Method:

1. Coat the rim of a cocktail glass with sugar and set aside
2. Add the vodka, triple sec, lemon oil and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
3. Strain into the prepared glass with ice.
4. Strain into the prepared glass.
