Laura King is the founder of King’s Fine Food, she is widely regarded as the UK’s leading caviar expert and known to many as the Queen of Caviar.

King’s Fine Food is proud to offer the finest farmed caviar from around the world. Not only do they perform regular DNA-testing on all their imported caviar, but also adhere to all CITES labelling and traceability requirements.

King’s also work very closely with Trading Standards and Animal Health to educate customers on what to look out for when buying caviar.
