Considered the King of caviar, our King’s ethically farmed sustainable Beluga Caviar is perfect as a sublime gift.
Profile: Notes of creamy walnuts and hints of sea salt, show great finesse.
Golden Oscietra (Gueldenstaedtii) – Country of Origin: Belgium/China
Historically, when wild caviar was available. Golden Oscietra was always referred to as “The Shah’s Caviar”. This rare egg is rich, creamy and has a beautiful light gold colour. It is often bigger than darker egg Oscietra.
Profile: Rich mineral with a creamy, yeasty finish.
Platinum (Gueldenstaedtii X Baerii) – Country of Origin: Belgium
Platinum Caviar is a hybrid caviar of the Oscietra and Siberian Sturgeons (Gueldenstaedtii X Baerii). Platinum has a more intense flavour than Oscietra alone.
This is one of the least expensive caviars we sell, but incredibly popular.
Profile: It has a fresh, intense ripeness with top notes and an undertone of almond oil and rich tannins.
Oscietra (Gueldenstaedtii) – Country of Origin: Belgium/France/China/Italy
Oscietra caviar is simply one of the finest caviars available used by some of London’s top restaurants, it has a good-sized egg and the caviar has a wonderful golden sheen, which is typical of Oscietra.
Profile: An earthy flavour with a taste of crustaceans, a buttery sweet bouquet and a saline aftertaste.
