Baked Apples with Mandarin Marmalade recipe for 4 people:

Ingredients:

4 not too ripe yellow apples
cinnamon powder
butter
lemon juice
7 tablespoons of mandarin marmalade – Marchesi di San Giuliano

Method:

Peel the apples and remove the core.

Sprinkle the peeled apples with lemon juice and place them in the baking dish.
