Boyajian Citrus Oils are all-natural, cold-pressed from the rind of fresh citrus fruit. This process is similar to the way extra virgin olive oil is produced. Our Mini Citrus box is a perfect way to sample our Citrus Oils. Included is 1 oz. each of Lemon Oil, Orange Oil & Lime Oil.

Other extracts and flavourings don’t come close to the remarkable intensity of these oils as it takes approximately 220 oranges, 330 lemons or 400 limes to fill a 5-ounce bottle.
The oils should be used sparingly in place of zest or peel. Use 1/2 teaspoon of Boyajian Citrus Oil per cup of dry ingredients PLUS 1/4 teaspoon per cup of liquid ingredients
