Valderrama Ocal variety oil is seasoned with genuine, natural and wild white or black truffles which lies and macerates within the bottle. White truffles come from the Italian Piamonte while the black ones come from the Highlands of Soria.
These flavours are 100% produced by the various types of olive, just as there are various types of apple in the apple world, for example, the Russet, Cox or Granny Smith.
