This wine benefits from long ageing in Ayala’s cellars in Reims, Champagne. ‘Ayala Brut Majeur is elegant, pristine, energetic and dry without being arid. It’s made with a 40 per cent chardonnay base and the remainder is pinot noir and pinoti meunier.

Pinot Noir gives the wine a structure and intensity balanced by the delicate and elegant character of Chardonnay. Pinot Meunier completes the assemblage with a touch of fruit.
